Great prizes up for grabs, Ivok Studio have put their heads together to create fabulous prizes worth thousands of Rands but more importantly relevant prizes that will provide models with a strong foundation to ensure continued growth in the industry. Ivok presents the launch of their photographic modeling competition: The Ivok Face Of Photo. This bi-annual competition has been launched to provide models with a cost effective means of entering the industry as well as to create a uniform talent database for employers in the industry. Everybody is a winner!!! All entrants have their portfolio photos hosted on the Ivok website .
Who can enter?Anybody may enter, male & female, between the ages of 16 and 35. The competition is based on how photogenic you appear and is not restricted to specific weight or height categories. Ivok Studios' judges will be looking for persons displaying a unique look and not necessarily conforming to the standard perception of a stereotypical model. Give it a try, you have nothing to lose!
What are the prizes?Grand Prize: This prize will be awarded to one winner chosen by our panel of judges as the overall winner of all categories male or female. A certificate of recognition is awarded to this winner along with his/her prize, media will be advised and he/she must be prepared to attend interviews if necessary.
The winner will also be awarded with a full photographic portfolio, this includes: · Full photo shoot in several outfits and a variety of backdrops and environments · CD containing more than 100 high resolution photographs · Professional portfolio album containing printed photographs from their shoot · Several printed copies of their Z-Card · Personalised business cards – double sided (1000) · Unrestrictive modeling contract · Winners page hosting including full portfolio for a year · Total value of this prize is approximately R20 000!
Who are the judges?Judges are made up of a panel of at least 5 persons including Model Agency Talent Scouts, Professional Glamour / Fashion Photographers and Management from Ivok Studio.
How do I enter?Simply download the entry form and follow the instructions. Cost of entry is R50 which includes hosting and promotion of your portfolio to agencies. Please be sure to read the terms and conditions. Feel free to contact Ivok Studios for professional photos if you don't have any recent pictures. Closing date for Mr/Ms Ivok Face Of Photo 2007 is Wednesday 13nth July 2007, winners will be drawn on Friday the 27th of July 2007 and winners will be notified by telephone and e-mail.
